The Government of Ghana has deployed 54 soldiers to Jamaica in support of an international mission aimed at aiding the country’s reconstruction efforts.

The deployment reflects Ghana’s commitment to regional and global cooperation, particularly in supporting countries undertaking recovery and rebuilding initiatives.

The personnel, drawn from the Ghana Armed Forces, are expected to offer technical, logistical and operational assistance to ongoing projects in Jamaica.
