The maiden edition of the Ghana Business Growth Summit 2026, organized by AfriMass Network in partnership with Katon and Graphic Business, will take place virtually on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. under the theme, “The Power of Small: Unlocking the Potential of MSMEs in Ghana.”
According to the organizers, the summit seeks to provide practical solutions to some of the major challenges facing MSMEs, including limited access to finance, technology adoption, digital transformation, mentorship, market access and growth capital.
MSMEs Critical to Economic Transformation
Globally, MSMEs account for more than 90 percent of businesses and contribute significantly to employment creation and economic development. In Ghana, they continue to serve as key drivers of innovation, enterprise development and community prosperity.
Founder of AfriMass Network, Raymond Smith, emphasized the importance of empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses to drive inclusive economic growth.
“The future of Ghana’s economy depends largely on the success of its entrepreneurs and small businesses. MSMEs are not merely participants in economic development; they are drivers of innovation, employment and community transformation,” he stated.
Focus Areas
The summit will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, expert masterclasses, mentorship sessions and networking opportunities covering:
* Access to finance and investment readiness
* Digital transformation and artificial intelligence
* Business leadership and mentorship
* Customer service and revenue growth
* Innovation and entrepreneurship development
* Sustainable business growth strategies
Organizers expect more than 300 participants from Ghana and beyond to join the virtual event, which will be hosted live on the Katon Meet App.
National Conversation on Business Growth
Held under the tagline “Mentoring People, Making Profit,” the summit is expected to bring together entrepreneurs, startups, investors, policymakers, corporate institutions and development partners to explore strategies for building resilient and profitable enterprises.
The organizers say the event aligns with broader efforts to strengthen Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and position MSMEs as catalysts for economic resilience, innovation and sustainable development.
