The Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey, has engaged executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Diaspora Branch in Côte d’Ivoire, expressing appreciation for their unwavering support during the 2024 general elections.

According to the MP, the commitment and hard work of the diaspora executives played a significant role in the party’s victory, including the election of H.E. John Dramani Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana.

Hon. Dorcas noted that the engagement served as an opportunity to reaffirm shared values of national unity, party solidarity, and collective responsibility. She encouraged members of the diaspora to continue supporting the NDC government as it pursues its resetting agenda aimed at national development.

She further emphasized that sustained collaboration between the party, government, and the diaspora will be critical in building a stronger, more prosperous, and inclusive Ghana for all citizens.
